Mail and ID Services

Many of our guests have no permanent address or valid form of identification, making it impossible to receive mail or conduct business transactions.  Convenient and easily accessible, the St. Francis House mailroom is a secure place for family, potential employers, and others to direct letters to the more than 1,000 guests who use 39 Boylston Street as their home address.  We also make official ID cards.
